* A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking. The balance to be paid on arrival. Once the booking has been confirmed, the client is liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation. We would therefore advise you to consider insuring against this happening. You can do this through your local travel agent or insurance broker.

* You must provide your own sheets and towels. We provide Duvets and Duvet covers, pillows and pillow cases.

* Your arrival will be welcome from 2.00pm ( if you are going to arrive later than 5.00 pm please phone to advise on your expected arrival time.

* You will be required to vacate your accommodation by 10.30 am on the morning of departure to allow time for cleaning.

* The Holiday Homes are let and furnished for the number specified and no exception can be made except by prior arrangement.

* Children should be supervised by a responsible adult when using any Park facility, not only for their own safety but to regulate behaviour. Also not left unattended in the Caravan.

* Guests are fully responsible for the Holiday Home and are liable for any damage to the property or its contents, and all reservations are accepted on the condition that the accommodation is left clean and tidy and that breakages or damages will be paid for by the hirer. Please report any loss, breakage or damage so that shortcomings can be rectified prior to the next guest arrival.

* All Holiday Homes are NON- SMOKING

* Purpose Built and disposable barbecues are allowed, as long as they do not damage the grass or cause annoyance to others.

* Dogs must not be left unattended in the Holiday Homes at any time and must not be allowed on the furniture.

* All the above must be adhered to at all times.
